Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack developer

Software engineer plays a key role in developing and implementing new projects as part of our engineering team.

 

Job Description -

  • Create applications that address the phases of SDLC (software development life cycle)
  • Assist in updating application development policies to ensure that all future applications meet the latest technology requirements
  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
  • Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
  • Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
  • Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
  • Perform code reviews.
  • Develop POC to support new concepts if required

Requirements –

  • 5+ years of development experience
  • Ability to mentor and lead a small team of software engineers
  • Ability to create support documentation for all new applications
  • Experience developing web applications using Java EE as the core framework required
  • Strong experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA required
  • Experience in developing and consuming web services using REST protocol a plus
  • Experience with Single Sign On (SSO) a plus
  • A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices

Responsibilities -

  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with clients.
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company campaigns on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc).
  • Active involvement in SEO efforts (keywords, image optimization etc)
  • Promote online presence via newsletters, emails and distribution through other channels.
  • Creative approach for content development and keeping the website updated.
  • Collaborate with inhouse and external designers to improve user experience

Payments Operations team will be responsible for every transaction that is processed through our platform, acquiring partners and networks. Payments team mission is to make payments processing effective and cost efficient for our partners.

Operations Manager will play a vital role in our global operations team enabling the payments processing. With focus on the overall team, Operations Manager will help our payments business scale along with our external vendors, peers from internal teams – Product, Engineering and Finance and other functional teams. Team will be focused on delivering the best payments experience for merchants and consumers across the ecosystem.

Job Description -

  • Collaborate with Payments leadership to develop and scale the Operations team into a high performing organization by defining and establishing operational processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Own one or more key partnerships and manage all operational aspects of those relationships – including onboarding, escalation, and business-as-usual.
  • Design and monitor reports and dashboards that capture deep insights, indicators, visualizations, and early warning mechanisms.
  • Partner with our teams to identify gaps, examine opportunities, and model improvements against speed, cost, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with technology team to build critical tools, automate routine work where possible, and address longer-term or recurring issues.
  • Own payment issues from beginning to end, working with engineering and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a systematic and timely fashion.
  • Support implementation teams within payments and across the entire company as a subject matter expert on operational matters.
